📋 Description

• Responsible for designing and delivering top-notch micro-interactions, motion graphics, and UI animations for various web and mobile platforms.

• Create 3D animations and motion assets that align with the brand's visual identity and latest Web3 design trends.

• Work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to transform creative concepts into functional, high-performance animations.

• Utilize tools like Spline, GSAP, Lottie, and Framer to implement animations seamlessly into development pipelines.

• Optimize animations for web performance, ensuring a balance between visual appeal and loading speed/responsiveness.

• Contribute to the development of animation style guides, design systems, and reusable components.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, Web3 UI/UX, and 3D animation technologies.

• Provide animation support for marketing and product teams on landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing micro-animations and UI/UX transitions for websites or apps using tools like Spline, GSAP, Lottie, Framer, or similar.

• Ability to create engaging, lightweight animations that enhance user experience without sacrificing performance.

• Proficient in 3D animation and motion design for digital products and apps using tools like Blender, Cinema4D, or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of performance-optimized animation for the web, including HTML5, CSS animations, SVGs, or JSON-based formats.

• A keen eye for visuals with a portfolio showcasing clean, futuristic, Web3-style animations applied to real-world products or digital interfaces.

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio).

• Fluent in English.
