• Lead the conceptualization and creation of event branding and design elements, including signage, booth graphics, promotional materials, and digital/video assets.
• Proficient in Asana with the ability to proactively communicate deadlines and manage workload effectively.
• Collaborate with various teams including demand-gen marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership to align creative strategies with business goals.
• Stay ahead of design trends, visual styles, and technologies to ensure Rithum's competitive edge and relevance in the market.
• Develop visually engaging content for marketing channels like social media, email campaigns, website, and digital ads, utilizing a mix of photography, graphic design, and multimedia.
• Showcase diverse, integrated work through an online portfolio.
• Possess over 5 years of professional design experience covering digital, print, and video formats.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Adobe XD, and Canva.
• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of creating visually compelling, on-brand presentations, and corporate templates.
• Experience in events booth design.
• Advanced knowledge of branding, marketing, video, animation, and UX principles & processes.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and composition across various formats from social media to large tradeshow displays.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, able to self-organize, adapt approaches for effectiveness, and challenge when necessary.
• Detail-oriented designer focused on audience experience, collaborating with content for top-notch brand experiences through design.
• Ability to work independently and excel in a small, agile team where flexibility and multitasking are crucial.
• Proactive mindset, able to think systematically about design solutions and anticipate future needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
