β’ Be a coach and design leader to our clients and our design teams; planning and leading collaborative sessions with cross-functional product teams, playing an advisory role to clients.
π― Requirements
β’ A product development or experience design or consultancy background.
β’ A strategic mindset and vision-driven approach where you consistently break down complex ideas into tangible design direction, aligned to product strategy and delivery.
β’ A consultative mindset, able to spot opportunities to become an advisor to our clients, able to support them in driving change in their organisation, beyond the project youβre working on.
β’ Consistent track record of balancing a design lead role with getting your hands dirty in the work where needed.
β’ A strong systems thinker who understands how the pieces connect, continuously experimenting and improving human and business outcomes.
β’ A hybrid designer with an outstanding portfolio showcasing a foundation in design research, user experience, interaction and visual design, and particular strengths in one or two of these areas.
β’ A combination of experience in designing for mobile native and web applications, as well as other product interfaces.
β’ An understanding of technical platforms and how to get things built.
β’ A growth mindset, curious and eager to explore diverse ideas and learning, and seeking new opportunities and challenges.
β’ A strong communicator both visually and verbally.
