📋 Description

• Create storyboards, styleframes, and motion studies to effectively convey animation concepts and bring creative ideas to fruition.

• Develop and animate on-brand content in various formats, including campaign films, product animations, social videos, templates, and digital experiences.

• Collaborate with diverse teams, such as art directors, UX designers, developers, and strategists, to ensure motion designs align with overall creative and product objectives.

• Contribute to the establishment of motion design systems and toolkits to enhance consistency and efficiency in high-volume output.

• Maintain well-organized project files and workflows for seamless collaboration, quick iterations, and repeatability.

• Explore innovative design tools to enhance creative workflows and outputs.

• Provide creative direction and animation expertise throughout all production phases, from ideation to quality assurance.

• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continual learning and craftsmanship.

• Keep abreast of new tools, formats, and industry standards in motion design, sharing new techniques with the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in motion design at a creative agency, production studio, or brand focused on content.

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating motion work in brand, campaign, and product storytelling, including final pieces and process artifacts.

• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

• Familiarity with 3D design tools like Cinema 4D or Blender, and real-time engines such as Unreal or Unity is advantageous.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, and developers on interdisciplinary projects.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting work clearly and constructively to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience with Rive or designing interactive UI animations.

• Background in editing, 3D animation, or sound design.

• Knowledge of post-production workflows and optimizing deliverables for different formats.

• Ability to enhance creativity in projects by infusing nuance, rhythm, and craftsmanship into every motion piece.

• Develop scalable motion frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality output across various formats.

• Trusted collaborator known for reliability, problem-solving skills, and creative acumen.

• Inspire and mentor team members by sharing knowledge, tools, and techniques to elevate the entire team.
