• Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies, experimenting with animation techniques and storytelling methods.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering creative excellence and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold the highest creative and technical standards in all motion and video content, aligning with the brand's voice and strategic goals.
• Act as a valuable member of the creative team, proposing and implementing ideas to integrate video and motion graphics across various brand aspects.
• Curate music for videos, sourcing from stock libraries or arranging original compositions.
• Serve as the main contact for video freelancers and production teams, and represent the creative team at video shoots.
• Possess 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or video production.
• Showcase exceptional skills in motion graphics, advanced animation techniques, video editing, and strategic visual storytelling through a robust portfolio.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Have a sharp eye for design elements like typography, color, and composition, while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Think creatively, pay attention to detail, and understand the significance of sound and rhythm in branding.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and excel in a dynamic work environment.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
