• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Demonstrate proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative capacity within the fashion industry, particularly focusing on sleepwear, loungewear, or related apparel.
• Showcase a robust portfolio exhibiting creative and innovative design solutions, with a sharp eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Display excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Have strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Understand print production processes and digital design best practices.
• Have experience in e-commerce and digital marketing design, considered a bonus.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational, time management, capacity planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Be a detail-oriented team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Be proactive, resourceful, and pragmatic, with a keen attention to detail.
