• Apply your expertise in Figma and FigJam to drive the evolution of design systems.
• Possess a degree or substantial experience in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Product Design, Interaction Design, Information Design, or related field.
• Have 5+ years of experience in Product Design.
• Experience in team management and career growth planning.
• Proficiency in product strategy, information architecture, interaction models, user research, and user journey mapping.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining design systems, libraries, and tools.
• Ability to create complex prototypes using various prototyping tools.
