• Collaborate with the animation team to define, create, and maintain the animation pipeline.
• Work with modelers, animators, and programmers to set up 3D art and bring it into the engine.
• Utilize Animation Blueprints to implement and adjust character animations, blending, and state machines.
• Develop tools and extensions for the 3D art pipeline with a focus on usability and efficiency.
• Support artists and engineers in using the 3D art pipeline and user-oriented engine tools.
• Review creative processes and identify opportunities for tool improvements.
• Expertise in 3D art tools, rigging/skinning, and Blend Shape implementation.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine with a strong understanding of its animation systems and tools, including Animation Blueprint.
• Knowledge of the complete 3D art pipeline (high and low-resolution modeling, skinning, rigging, exporting, etc.).
• Experience working with rigs and live physics systems for rigid/soft bodies, hair, and fabrics.
• Experience developing custom tools for 3D art pipelines (Preferably Maya/Max).
• Experience with the Unreal animation pipeline.
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (C#, C++, etc.).
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in at least one game project developed using Unreal Engine.
