• As the lead for user experience, your primary responsibility will involve continuously enhancing application experiences across our diverse ecosystems.
• Your role will focus on ensuring a seamless and effective journey for users, starting from the application submission to the activation of their accounts.
• Collaborate closely with various teams and external partners to streamline application processes, improve user experience, and drive growth initiatives.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Arts/Science from an accredited institution, or have an additional 4 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, user experience, or digital system management is necessary.
• At least 3 years of experience with application workflows, platforms, technologies, challenges, and industry trends is required.
• 1 year of experience in Project Management, leadership, vendor management, or similar roles is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information effectively are a must.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Possess a collaborative mindset and demonstrate effectiveness in working within cross-functional teams.
