β’ Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving learning experiences.
β’ Maintain project documentation and track project status in Monday.com.
β’ Review subject matter expert videos for quality and context, ensuring alignment with standards.
β’ Ensure all learning modules meet accessibility standards.

β’ 1β3 years of professional instructional design experience focused on adult learners.
β’ Skilled in developing both synchronous and asynchronous instructional materials.
β’ Reliably clear, fast, and on-target writer.
β’ Ability to drive results in dynamic, ambiguous situations.
β’ Solid instructional design skills across a range of subject matter.
β’ Reliable writing and editing skills to improve and QA othersβ work.
β’ Embrace technology and best practices for using AI tools.
