📋 Description

• Build synchronous and asynchronous course components in Articulate Rise, ensuring that content is engaging, instructionally sound, and effectively tailored for adult learners.

• Design and revise live session slide decks tailored for the audience and manageable for support staff.

• Develop study guides that concisely summarize key course content.

• Perform peer reviews and QA of instructional materials using a detailed checklist.

• Monitor the bug queue for existing courses and work on updates.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving learning experiences.

• Maintain project documentation and track project status in Monday.com.

• Review subject matter expert videos for quality and context, ensuring alignment with standards.

• Ensure all learning modules meet accessibility standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional instructional design experience focused on adult learners.

• Skilled in developing both synchronous and asynchronous instructional materials.

• Reliably clear, fast, and on-target writer.

• Ability to drive results in dynamic, ambiguous situations.

• Solid instructional design skills across a range of subject matter.

• Reliable writing and editing skills to improve and QA others’ work.

• Embrace technology and best practices for using AI tools.

• Attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture.

• Drive toward results and ability to handle ambiguity.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across projects.
