• Our platform empowers supervisors and teams to make informed decisions swiftly with tools tailored for frontline insights.

• We are expanding our capabilities with new AI/LLM technologies to enhance operational productivity, and we require a seasoned designer to spearhead this initiative.

• Your Role

• As our primary design hire, you will be responsible for design throughout the organization — from shaping user experiences to prototyping innovative AI/LLM concepts.

• Initially, you will collaborate with the product and engineering teams to swiftly explore, prototype, and validate impactful features.

• Over time, you will grow into the design leader, aiding in the development of scalable, elegant, and user-friendly workflows for our users.

• Your Responsibilities

• Design user-focused experiences from inception to execution, balancing usability with technical feasibility.

• Prototype and evaluate new concepts — particularly AI-driven features — using tools like Figma or similar software.

• Lead UX discovery initiatives through user research, interviews, usability tests, and feedback loops.

• Iterate swiftly based on insights, feedback, and evolving priorities.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define and deliver intuitive, high-impact features.

• Establish and enhance a design system that can grow alongside the platform.

• Set the groundwork for our internal design practices and assist in cultivating a thoughtful, cohesive design language.

• Effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders to champion design and explain your decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product or UX/UI design (experience with B2B SaaS or data-centric applications is advantageous).

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools for wireframing and prototyping.

• Experience in designing and launching user-friendly interfaces in collaboration with diverse teams.

• Strong skills in user research and exploration; comfortable engaging with users and translating insights into actionable steps.

• A strategic thinker capable of creating and maintaining reusable components, patterns, and scalable design systems.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, uncertain environment, and adept at transitioning between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

• Technical proficiency — able to engage with engineers, comprehend limitations, and design practical solutions.

• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and customer discovery frameworks.

• Clear and confident communication skills — adept at aligning stakeholders and conveying compelling product narratives.

• Strategic Vision — able to shape and drive the overall design vision in alignment with the company's objectives and product roadmap.

• Bonus: Experience with AI/LLM-driven UX or designing in cutting-edge technology environments.

• Due to the industries we serve, this role must comply with Export Control regulations, requiring a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15. “US Person” includes a US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
