• As the Senior Art Director, you will collaborate with the Creative Director/Director of Marketing Communications and the extensive Marketing team to elevate the brand's visual appeal, create performance-driven marketing campaigns and materials, and provide exceptional brand experiences at every touchpoint.
• This position demands exceptional organizational and communication skills to oversee multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Refine and evolve the PrePass visual brand identity across various channels, both internal and external.
• Create impactful design solutions informed by research, insights, data, and industry trends.
• Generate innovative conceptual ideas aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Clearly communicate design reasoning, concepts, and visual direction to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to all design phases, from research and brainstorming to layouts and photo art direction.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage daily workflow effectively while meeting project deadlines.
• Coordinate marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, and product launches, ensuring readiness of logistics and promotional materials.
• Monitor program impact through budget management and marketing performance metrics.
• Possess a minimum of 7 years of art direction experience in web, mobile, and print, acquired from an agency, startup, or in-house team
• Demonstrate expertise in brand development, creating impactful web, print, email, and social media experiences
• Comfortably navigate fast-paced, ever-changing environments with confidence
• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, explaining design choices strategically
• Have a keen eye for detail and a dedication to precision throughout the creative process
• Advocate for innovation and have experience scaling design solutions to meet project objectives
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration within dynamic teams
• Take initiative and assume full responsibility for design projects of various sizes
• Strong prioritization skills to manage resources and timelines across multiple initiatives
• Deep understanding of brand development, interaction design, digital marketing, and the creative process, including emerging tools and technologies
• Knowledge of the transportation, logistics, or fleet management industry is advantageous
