📋 Description

• We are in search of a Senior Digital Graphic Designer who will serve as a strategic visual storyteller and digital expert, driving brand growth through cutting-edge, performance-driven creativity.

• As a key member reporting to the Creative Director, this position will oversee design implementation across various digital platforms such as websites, emails, SMS, social media, and paid advertising, emphasizing innovative creativity, conversion optimization, and visual impact.

• Work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing Director to brainstorm and bring to life digital-focused creative ideas that push the boundaries of brand expression while aligning with business goals.

• Create impactful ecommerce experiences, crafting assets for homepage, product detail pages, landing pages, promotional sections, and user interface elements—all designed for optimal performance and responsiveness.

• Embrace a problem-solving approach to design by efficiently incorporating feedback, utilizing AI tools for swift iterations, and consistently aligning creative choices with business objectives rather than personal preferences.

• Implement AI and generative tools in design processes to enhance productivity, facilitate brainstorming, and prototype innovative concepts.

• Develop trend-conscious, conversion-oriented email and MMS campaigns that effectively convey product and brand narratives.

• Produce dynamic, attention-grabbing content for paid and organic social media, utilizing video and emerging platform functionalities.

• Take the initiative to support and propel creative development by proactively contributing headlines, suggesting visual concepts, or creating layouts to drive project progression.

• Ensure all creative outputs are strategically grounded, visually captivating, and optimized for performance across various channels.

• Maintain organization of design files, delivering production-ready assets to website, growth, and marketing teams.

• Collaborate seamlessly across departments to align creative efforts with campaign objectives, UX strategies, and brand identity.

• Participate in creative evaluations and apply feedback with a problem-solving approach.

• Stay abreast of digital trends, ecommerce innovations, and creative performance analytics, regularly bringing forward-thinking ideas to the forefront.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field

• Have over 5 years of digital design experience in a dynamic ecommerce or direct-to-consumer environment

• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating refined design sensibilities, compelling storytelling, and proficiency across ecommerce, CRM, social media, and paid advertising platforms

• Deep understanding of user behavior, visual hierarchy, conversion-centric design, and responsive UX/UI principles

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (preferred)

• Ability to effectively utilize AI-powered creative tools for design and content creation

• Familiarity with paid media formats, best practices, and creative testing methodologies

• Capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and adapting to urgent business needs

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand quality and creative excellence
