📋 Description

• Join a dynamic team reshaping search intelligence.

• Take charge of the complete design process – from initial exploration and brainstorming to creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

• Experiment with and validate new features through testing, utilizing feedback to continually improve the user experience.

• Conduct thorough user research and translate insights into actionable design enhancements.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Data Science teams to craft user-centric designs that address intricate search intelligence challenges.

• Establish and uphold a scalable design system to ensure uniformity throughout the platform.

• Contribute to strategic product dialogues by offering design insights and contributing to product roadmap shaping.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines within a dynamic startup environment.

• Incorporate AI tools into the design process to boost efficiency and creativity.

• Refine persona and behavior models, empathy maps, and user journeys based on research findings.

• Demonstrated experience in visualizing or resolving UX challenges with extensive data sets.

• Enthusiasm for AI-powered innovation – background in designing AI-driven products or working with AI-enhanced interfaces.

• Possess a startup mentality – able to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative setting.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.

• Ability to combine creativity with data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and testing to enhance designs.

• Background in Product Design (UX/UI) with a robust portfolio highlighting user-centric design and impactful digital products.

• Strong user research capabilities – adept at gathering insights and translating them into actionable design solutions.

• Experience in constructing and/or maintaining a design system.

• Skill in documenting and scaling reusable design components.
