• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Have over 5 years of experience in product design, with a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in visual interaction design & process.
• Display a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences, being highly curious, a forward thinker, and always eager to delve into complex topics and quickly grasp them.
• Proficient in design tools (primarily Figma) and prototyping tools.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp and proven experience in user-centered design principles, end-to-end customer workflows, and the ability to convert new users into habitual users.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Show demonstrated experience in project leadership and team mentorship.
• Prove the ability to mentor and guide team members, offering constructive feedback and support to encourage professional growth and development.
