Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Senior Product Designer at Moz and STAT specializing in SEO data and platforms.

• Create amazing user experiences and solve complex customer problems.

• Own the design process from start to finish, including journey mapping and information architecture.

• Collaborate with development team to ensure accurate implementations of designs.

• Pitch new ideas and improve processes proactively.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience designing for digital products

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and process, including wireframes, prototyping, research and data-collection methods used, goals, and outcomes.

• Demonstrated proficiency in design and prototyping tools (we work in Figma)

• Experience designing for large sets of displayed data, including data visualization

• Proven ability to simplify heavy sets or complex data

• Proven understanding of how people interpret data, demonstrated through your simplified designs

• A proven process for communicating your designs, strategy and decisions to stakeholders and to the development team

• Ability to design multi-step workflows with a focus on reducing drop-off rates.

• Experience with standard research methods like usability testing, interviews, and data analysis (Bonus points if you know what an URQBS is)

• Senior-level design discipline (Organization, meticulous attention to detail and edge cases, easy-to-understand files, hits their deadlines, etc…)
