• Navro is a rapidly expanding B2B payments startup seeking an organized, detail-oriented self-starter to oversee the Treasury and FX experience within our web product. This is your chance to shape our market position, set the vision, and make impactful decisions that affect the entire business.
• You will have the autonomy to make significant decisions without bureaucratic delays. This role requires your expertise and relentless drive. You will be accountable for understanding both internal and external client needs and translating them into clear requirements for the development team at Navro.

• Senior-level product designer with a portfolio showcasing impactful projects for B2B companies.
• Experience in designing products for the financial sector, including banking, financial tools, currency exchange products, or similar.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams, utilizing both product and technical knowledge.
• Proven capability to independently define and execute research plans in ambiguous contexts without a dedicated User Experience Research team.
• Proficiency in professional-level English, written and verbal, for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• While primarily remote, availability for regular travel (multiple times a quarter) to collaborate face-to-face with the Experience Team is expected.
