• We are in search of a Senior UX Designer with a strategic and research-driven approach to join our central UX team.
• You will collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to craft user experiences that are intuitive and impactful.
• Take ownership of the UX vision for products and iterate on designs using Figma.
• Lead foundational research that guides decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
• Thrive in complex systems and have the ability to turn ambiguity into actionable insights.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in designing digital products, preferably within enterprise or SaaS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated track record of applying Design Thinking to real-world product challenges.
• Proficient in UX research, from planning studies to synthesizing insights that drive product development.
• Self-motivated and proactive in your work approach, capable of leading projects, managing your schedule, and initiating research and design tasks.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in engaging with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Figma and agile team processes.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., HCI, Design, or Behavioral Sciences).
• Experience in e-learning, public safety, or compliance-driven industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility principles and designing for scalability.
