UX Designer

📋 Description

• Work closely with various teams like product management, engineering, and marketing to develop cohesive and impactful designs.

• Research and implement design patterns to assist customers in utilizing Copilot for their productivity requirements.

• Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while upholding top-notch design standards.

• Engage in design critiques, presentations, and knowledge sharing sessions to ensure design coherence and alignment.

• Produce refined design prototypes, mockups, and other visual aids showcasing optimal user experiences.

• Engage in user research initiatives and utilize insights to guide design choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in UX design.

• Proficient in design tools like Figma, as well as video editing software, is essential.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for design solutions are necessary.

• Extensive familiarity with AI tools is a must.

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Design (or related field) or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Thorough understanding of the end-to-end design process is crucial.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative solution development capabilities are expected.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in fostering collaboration across distributed teams is essential.

• Portfolio should showcase well-crafted end-to-end customer journeys.
