📋 Description

• Responsible for coordinating end-to-end UX projects.

• Engage in the development, monitoring, and implementation of designed solutions.

• Collaborate in finding creative solutions for a great user experience.

• Involve in all stages of digital product design.

• Contribute to the conceptualization of original ideas that provide simplicity and ease of use.

• Create user-centered designs using market analysis and user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professionals in Social Communication, Sociology, Anthropology, or related fields.

• Over 3 years of UX experience.

• Experience in designing mobile applications and websites.

• Experience in user testing and knowledge of accessibility.

• Excellent command of UX best practices.

• Familiarity with Figma or any prototyping tool of choice.

• Knowledge of interaction design and UI design.

• Familiarity with methodologies such as Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean, Canvas, among others.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Ability to understand and empathize with users.

• Proactive problem-solving individuals, dynamic, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to be part of an excellent team.
