• PandaDoc is currently looking for a dedicated and seasoned Vice President of User Experience to lead diverse teams in creating top-tier product experiences for our valued clients.
• The VP of UX will hold a key position in establishing the design direction, strategic approach, workflow, and team framework to attain exceptional design status for the organization.
• The ideal candidate will possess expert skills in design, capable of motivating and steering a growing team of over 30 individuals across Product Design, UX Research, UX Writing, and Design Operations.
• Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate should be situated in Europe.
• Substantial background in Product Design, with notable experience in leadership roles
• A robust portfolio showcasing relevant design projects, completed either independently or by a team under your guidance, demonstrating the ability to deliver successful products that resonate with customers
• Proficiency in operating within startup or fast-paced, high-growth settings, adept at handling uncertainty, multitasking, and excelling in streamlined processes.
• Capability to establish design strategies and procedures that balance incremental design improvements with significant experience enhancements to enhance the overall user experience and achieve objectives
• A proactive approach to tackling challenges, developing and testing products, and learning from both failures and triumphs
• Exceptional communication skills at an executive level, effectively communicating the strategic impact of design to senior management, influencing stakeholders, and fostering alignment.
• Demonstrated track record in expanding design operations and processes in rapidly growing environments, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and efficient design practices at scale.
