• Stay updated on industry trends, data privacy standards, accessibility compliance, digital analytics advancements, and innovative platform solutions.
• Represent Social Driver's expertise internally and externally, contributing thought leadership and enhancing the agency's reputation.
• Enhance client retention and satisfaction through strategic and scalable digital solutions.
• Drive successful launches and growth of complex website redesigns, UX projects, and multi-year digital strategies.
• Demonstrate measurable enhancements in client website performance, stakeholder engagement, SEO visibility, and overall analytics.
• Elevate Social Driver's industry standing and client satisfaction through strategic counsel and exceptional digital outcomes.
• Minimum 7 years of senior experience in digital strategy, UX, technical consulting, or web engagement leadership.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms like Webflow and WordPress, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, EveryAction), analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker), and marketing automation systems.
• Track record of leading large-scale web redesigns, platform modernizations, and long-term digital relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, user experience principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), information architecture, and digital performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and experience managing high-level client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into understandable strategic directions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
