• Proficient with Figma or equivalent design tools, developer toolchains, and project management platforms (e.g., GitHub, Jira)
• Excellent communication, coaching, and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach
• NICE TO HAVE: Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like React and TypeScript
• Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and collaboration with developers
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and understand implementation trade-offs
• HELPFUL ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in robotics, 3D visualization, or real-time data UIs
