📋 Description

• As a pivotal team member, you will collaborate extensively across the organization and with diverse teams to spearhead design and experience strategies that drive engaging, outcome-focused user experiences for our members.

• Cultivate empathy for our users, foster innovative thinking, and align efforts towards enhancing business outcomes.

• Take the lead in conceptualizing and refining novel approaches to address interconnected user journeys, fostering positive member behavior patterns, and harnessing the potential of dynamic AI-driven content, sensor data, and tools to deliver a personalized program that significantly enhances user health.

• While Twin HQ is located in Mountain View, California, this role welcomes applications from remote candidates within the US.

• The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in designing and spearheading mobile healthcare initiatives and product areas that strike a balance between clinical data and promoting positive behavior change related to nutrition, fitness, and wellness activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in design, user experience, HCI, or a related discipline.

• Strongly advocate for delivering top-tier user experiences, while being adept at working in an agile and iterative manner.

• Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, supported by a portfolio showcasing UX and visual design proficiency for enterprise and consumer products.

• Bring in over 10 years of experience in UX/product design, including a minimum of 3-5 years dedicated to designing user interfaces for healthcare or similar products.

• Showcase expertise in design systems, information architecture, design patterns, and interaction design, with a track record of overseeing all aspects of the user experience from refining copy to conducting user testing and iteration.

• Prior experience with consumer-facing mobile experiences and collaboration with clinical teams is highly desirable.

• Experience in designing AI/ML and LLM augmented experiences is a strong plus, with LLM prompting experience being an advantage.

• Ability to effectively communicate with developers and comprehend the capabilities and limitations of native mobile design.

• Exhibit a keen eye for visual design and a passion for well-thought-out interactive design, along with experience in guiding other designers to align on a cohesive design language and strategy.

• This remote role is open to individuals based in the US who are authorized to work for any employer in the country.
