• Several years of experience (minimum 3.5 years) in UX/UI Design

• Solid expertise in UX conception and UI design

• Experience with design systems (development, maintenance, utilization)

• Proficient in tools like Figma and Miro

• Research-oriented, but not solely a researcher – able to interpret insights and implement them effectively

• Understanding of complex user journeys, preferably in a B2B or industrial context

• Structured thinking, strong visual design skills

• Fluent in German both verbally and in writing

• Team player, self-responsible, and effective communicator in a remote setting
