• Possess 3+ years of UI/UX design experience within startup and agency environments.

• Demonstrate proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and willingness to integrate them into your workflow.
• Exhibit excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
• Display strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Have experience working directly with clients and professionally incorporating their feedback.
• Understand responsive design principles and web development limitations.

• Previous experience with white-label design work or agency client projects is preferred.
