📋 Description

• Act as the primary strategist and trusted consultant for clients seeking digital-first or web-centric solutions.

• Guide clients through the entire process from discovery to strategic planning, execution, and long-term evolution of websites and digital platforms.

• Lead discussions on UX/UI design, content strategy, platform development, technical integrations, and digital analytics.

• Translate business objectives into concise digital briefs, internal assignments, and strategic advice for internal teams.

• Ensure high client satisfaction, manage risks proactively, and drive retention and growth opportunities.

• Supervise intricate web redesigns, UX enhancements, platform upgrades, and advanced web projects.

• Drive UX strategy, information architecture, accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and SEO enhancements.

• Shape and oversee strategic web maintenance programs focusing on measurable digital growth and innovation.

• Offer strategic guidance and supervision for client implementations utilizing platforms like Webflow Enterprise, WordPress, Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, and Looker.

• Lead integration planning for CMS, CRM, analytics dashboards, advocacy tools, and marketing automation systems.

• Collaborate effectively across various teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless project delivery.

• Develop scalable processes, best-practice playbooks, testing frameworks, and performance-tracking methodologies to support client success.

• Contribute to the evolution of digital services at Social Driver, defining new client-focused offerings for web optimization, UX enhancement, analytics, and strategic web maintenance.

• Stay updated on industry trends, data privacy standards, accessibility compliance, digital analytics advancements, and innovative platform solutions.

• Represent Social Driver's expertise internally and externally, contributing thought leadership and enhancing the agency's reputation.

• Enhance client retention and satisfaction through strategic and scalable digital solutions.

• Drive successful launches and growth of complex website redesigns, UX projects, and multi-year digital strategies.

• Demonstrate measurable enhancements in client website performance, stakeholder engagement, SEO visibility, and overall analytics.

• Elevate Social Driver's industry standing and client satisfaction through strategic counsel and exceptional digital outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of senior experience in digital strategy, UX, technical consulting, or web engagement leadership.

• Proficiency with CMS platforms like Webflow and WordPress, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, EveryAction), analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker), and marketing automation systems.

• Track record of leading large-scale web redesigns, platform modernizations, and long-term digital relationships.

• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, user experience principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), information architecture, and digital performance optimization.

• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and experience managing high-level client relationships and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to translate technical requirements into understandable strategic directions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, success in driving client digital growth, and ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.

• Excellent project management skills, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in presentation software (Google Slides), project management tools (e.g., Asana), and time tracking software.
