Director, Product Design

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Director of Product Design to oversee a team that shapes the user experience for our Marketing product and platform-wide capabilities.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management leaders, Engineering, UX Research, and Content Design to address impactful challenges.

• Take a pivotal role in expanding our design team, systems, and processes.

• Demonstrated experience as a Director of Product Design leading a remote team

• Enthusiasm for simplifying complexity, effective communication, and creating cohesive cross-product workflows

• Extensive background in designing enterprise software or B2B SaaS platforms—particularly those with intricate data, workflows, or user roles

• Proven capability to guide design projects from discovery to delivery in an agile product environment

• Proficiency in UX strategy, interaction design, and systems thinking

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; adept at navigating uncertainty and advocating for design at all levels

• Proficient with modern design tools like Figma, and comfortable collaborating with remote teams
