📋 Description

• As the Lead Product Designer at ZipRecruiter, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative products and features for our Job Seekers.

• Your responsibility will be to lead and oversee design solutions that align with business goals and user requirements.

• This position requires a high level of expertise and leadership to establish new design standards and manage a small team of Product Designers.

• Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Design, this role holds significant influence within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a degree or substantial experience in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Product Design, Interaction Design, Information Design, or relevant field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Design

• Proven track record in team management and creating career development plans for team members

• Strong familiarity with product strategy, information architecture, interaction models, heuristic evaluation, user research, and user journey mapping

• Expertise in developing and maintaining design systems, libraries, and various tools

• Experience in crafting intricate prototypes using Figma, Principle, Framer, code, or similar prototyping tools

• Showcase a comprehensive portfolio with impactful case studies of your work
