• Over a decade of experience working on diverse products, leading design teams, and delivering creative solutions.

• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX, brand design, and visual identity systems, showcasing your ability to inspire stakeholders and launch engaging product experiences.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A user-centric design philosophy.

• A collaborative and humble approach to design and leadership.

• Proficiency in collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent strategy, vision, and execution.

• Proven track record in building high-quality design teams and leading multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Experienced in developing product vision and strategy, translating them into product roadmaps and experiences.

• Proficient in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Asana, and Notion.

• Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required for this position.
