📋 Description

• Create high-quality artwork that reflects the distinctive style of Lingokids

• Follow established visual guidelines, including color schemes and character designs

• Collaborate with the Art Director to ensure artwork meets set standards

• Apply usability principles to interactive products for children

• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines

• Communicate effectively with various teams to maintain usability and educational standards

• Work closely with colleagues and production teams to streamline workflows

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members

• Organize asset libraries and documentation for easy access

• Promote inclusivity and educational values through visual storytelling

• Act as a reference for consistent use of characters and visual assets

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, or 2D Artist in creative or gaming industries

• Background in children-focused products or interactive content is a plus

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools

• Demonstrated ability to create stylized character designs and graphics

• Strong adaptability to different styles and art direction

• Attention to detail and ability to deliver production-ready artwork

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different teams

• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, conducting reviews, and mentoring

• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects

• Problem-solving skills with a positive outlook

• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills
