• We are currently seeking a talented Lead UI/UX Artist Generalist to enhance our RnD team.
• Design and develop UX/UI for mobile games (iOS, Android), with a focus on the puzzle genre.
• Assist in creating a universal interface template for projects, including standard screens, guidelines, and design systems.
• Customize and prepare graphic materials, ensuring compatibility with various devices and resolutions.
• Conduct market analysis, research competitive solutions, and integrate best practices into products.
• Organize UX research and testing, optimizing user flows to enhance conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the product team and developers throughout all stages of product creation, engaging in reviews and discussions.
• Maintain and uphold the design system, document processes, and establish interface design standards.
• Review the work of fellow designers, provide feedback, and elevate the team's overall skill level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Artist, specializing in mobile games (casual, puzzles, hyper-casual).
• Demonstrated expertise as a Lead UI/UX Artist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Unity.
• Thorough understanding of UX/UI principles for mobile platforms, including knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Material Design.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to leverage key metrics to enhance UX and boost conversion rates.
• Experience with Git (repository management, branch handling, version control).
• Proficiency in UI animations and VFX.
• Knowledge of layout principles and adapting interfaces for different devices and resolutions.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate initiative, make independent decisions, and deliver high-quality results.
• Experience with neural networks (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion) for accelerated visual production.
• Familiarity with design tools like Zeplin or Figma.
• Understanding of game design fundamentals and game interface specifics.
