• Under the guidance of the UX/UI Team Lead, you will be instrumental in creating user-friendly, inclusive, and visually appealing experiences for our platforms.
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders from all areas of the business to bring user-centric ideas to fruition.
• Conduct user research to identify needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Conduct usability tests and collect feedback for continuous enhancement.
• Develop and maintain site maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Structure and organize content to improve navigation and user experience.
• Design responsive, visually engaging, and intuitive interfaces.
• Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and conduct audits as necessary.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Keep up with industry trends and contribute to the evolution of design systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in the iGaming industry, with a portfolio showcasing user research and impactful design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to structure content and design intuitive navigation and user flows.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, creating elegant, user-friendly, and effective interfaces.
• Thorough understanding of accessibility standards, ensuring inclusive and compliant design for all users.
• Demonstrated collaboration with developers and stakeholders, delivering designs within agile, cross-functional teams.
• Nice to have Understanding of HCI principles, applying research-driven methods to guide interface and interaction design.
• Insight into user psychology, enabling the creation of more intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Background in graphic design, adding visual clarity and storytelling to your work.
• Experience with usability testing, including A/B testing, user journeys, and time-on-task analysis.
