• As the Senior UX/UI Product Designer, you will be responsible for the entire user journey of the world's first AI cohost agent. Your designs will directly impact conversion rates, user activation, and the financial success of numerous vacation rental businesses, bridging the gap between intricate AI automation and seamless human interaction.

• This role is not your typical product design position; it involves engineering growth through exceptional UX. You will create interfaces handling millions in booking revenue, intricate multi-platform integrations, and AI-driven decision-making, all while maintaining the simplicity that endears hosts to automation.

• Develop conversion-optimized experiences for essential growth funnels, such as onboarding flows that instantly engage hosts, booking interfaces that maximize revenue, and dashboard designs that make AI insights actionable.

• Craft cross-platform experiences that seamlessly function across web and mobile platforms, allowing hosts to manage their operations effortlessly from any location.

• Utilize AI-powered design workflows with Figma, incorporating advanced plugins, AI-assisted prototyping, and data-driven design iterations to deliver experiences at a rapid startup pace.

• Oversee the complete design lifecycle, from user research and competitive analysis to wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and post-launch optimization based on actual revenue data.

• Establish and expand design systems to maintain consistency across intricate vacation rental workflows while supporting rapid feature development.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams using modern handoff processes, ensuring seamless integration of your Figma files with Figma MCP for instant design-to-code conversion.

• Possess 5+ years of product design experience, with a focus on growth, conversion optimization, and SaaS platforms for at least 3 years.

• Showcase advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, variables, and modern collaborative workflows. Experience with AI design tools is highly desirable.
