UX Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of UX design for one or more Thera products, guiding the process from inception to execution

• Work collaboratively across departments to define, prototype, and refine user pathways

• Utilize user research and usability testing to drive design choices

• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma

• Contribute to and uphold our collective design framework

• Advocate for user-centric principles throughout the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3–5 years of UX or product design experience

• Demonstrate proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping purposes

• Showcase a robust portfolio featuring intricate workflows and polished visual designs

• Have prior experience designing for web applications and/or business tools

• Exhibit clear communication and collaboration abilities
