• Bring at least 5 years of experience in multi-channel direct response fundraising for nonprofits.

• Demonstrate 5 years of experience working on accounts for national brands.

• Show expertise in concept and campaign development along with creative work in traditional and digital media.

• Exhibit branding and brand-building strategy skills.

• Have proven success in supervising staff and implementing best practices in direct response fundraising.

• Showcase a portfolio of creative work highlighting craftsmanship and innovative ideas.

• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Show strong leadership qualities, motivation, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
