• Enhance design workflows by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director on major brand initiatives, brand updates, and long-term brand strategy.
• Possess over 7 years of experience in brand design with a portfolio showcasing versatility, strong conceptual thinking, and craftsmanship.
• Demonstrate exceptional skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Have led brand design projects across campaigns, product interactions, partnerships, and significant marketing events.
• Think strategically, connecting creative execution to brand strategy pillars and objectives to maintain consistency and build a robust brand identity.
• Have experience working across multiple brand channels, including marketing, product, digital, and experiential platforms.
• Understand how to establish and evolve design systems that can scale across teams and contexts.
• Set visual benchmarks that raise the quality standard for brand representation across teams and channels.
• Navigate ambiguity and help frame design challenges, not just solve them.
• Comfortable leading discussions across functions and aligning stakeholders on creative decisions.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to aid in the growth of other designers.
• Balance high creative standards with practicality and speed.
• Comfortable interpreting briefs, articulating the problem clearly, and driving the work from concept to completion.
• Direct art as necessary and lead presentations of work from concept to completion.
