📋 Description

• Create compelling and concise video content within set deadlines

• Manage all aspects of production, from designing assets to enhancing sound

• Collaborate on projects focused on Democratic campaigns and advocacy

⛳️ Requirements

• Skilled in motion graphics and post-production

• Proficient in After Effects

• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to work with simple 3D animation and VFX

• Experience in creating short-form video content (30-second, 15-second, 6-second)

• Demonstrated success in casting and directing voice actors

• Familiarity with the needs of Democratic political clients

• Preference for skills in audio engineering, color grading, VFX, and illustration
