• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, print design, or training design support
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong skills in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience in designing multipage documents, workbooks, and training materials
• Ability to simplify complex operational content into clear visuals
• Excellent attention to detail and effective time-management abilities
• Portfolio showcasing print and presentation design work
• Preferred qualifications include experience in supporting Learning & Development or Instructional Design teams, familiarity with LMS platforms, eLearning workflows, and SCORM-ready graphics.
