• Create brand identity systems, encompassing visual concepts, logos/marks, typography, color palettes, and layout frameworks.
• Design marketing and product websites as well as landing pages using Figma, from initial structure to refined UI.
• Produce clear and visually appealing presentations and client decks to convey ideas, directions, and final designs.
• Work closely with the Creative Director to interpret briefs, enhance directions, and ensure all work meets quality standards.
• Manage project workload and timelines to deliver client-ready initial design rounds without the need for extensive revisions.
• Organize design assets for development or production, including components, styles, and export-ready files.
• Participate in video calls and internal discussions, presenting work and explaining design choices clearly in English.
• Collaborate with motion or other specialists when specialized expertise is required for specific deliverables.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in brand and digital design in agency, studio, or freelance/consulting settings.
• Portfolio showcasing ownership of brand identity and web/UI projects, demonstrating a strong sense of craftsmanship and visual quality.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Fluent or advanced proficiency in spoken and written English, actively participating in calls and asynchronous communication.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with creative leads or clients, integrate feedback, and iterate efficiently.
• Capable of working a consistent 40-hour week aligned with US business hours.
• Reliable remote work setup, including an updated computer and internet connection.
• Experience in creating basic motion assets or animations using tools like After Effects or similar software.
• Previous work with international brands or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with AI-related tools for image generation, mockups, or creative exploration.
