• Creating graphic materials for marketing activities such as landing pages, advertisements, banners, social media, and presentations
• Designing and optimizing product interfaces and onboarding materials (UX/UI)
• Contributing to the creation and development of a cohesive visual system for the Responso brand
• Collaborating on video productions and tutorial creation (e.g., preparing graphics, animations, editing)
• Working with content, product, and development teams on project implementation
• Preparing and exporting assets ready for deployment (web, mobile, print)
• Conducting UX analysis and proposing improvements based on user data and feedback
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a designer (graphics + UX/UI)
• Impressive portfolio showcasing experience in designing advertising banners, email marketing graphics, social media graphics, logos, and product/interface projects (UX/UI). Infographics, presentations, and print projects are also welcome
• Excellent proficiency in Figma (our primary tool)
• Understanding the specifics of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) in the context of designing marketing graphics
• Practical experience in designing and optimizing digital ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and keeping up with the changing requirements of these platforms
• Ability to create strong key visuals and develop consistent graphic concepts for all online formats (digital first)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and at least a good knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Ability to design and create short animations (motion graphics) for marketing purposes (e.g., video ads, animated banners, social media content)
• Portfolio demonstrating both graphic work and product/interface projects
• Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility, and user-centered design
• Proactive identification of visual and product problems and proposing innovative and effective solutions
• Good organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (work dynamics and project diversity are significant)
• Experience in designing and preparing offline print materials, including POS elements and trade show booth visualizations
• Proficient in English
