• Transform client briefs, brand guidelines, and project scopes into innovative design solutions.
• Analyze and comprehend project timelines, design briefs, and project requirements.
• Conduct thorough design research and analysis.
• Create various deliverables such as social media graphics, digital ads, videos, presentations, white papers, and event collateral.
• Collaborate with project leaders, strategists, and fellow designers to produce high-quality creative assets that align with the brand.
• Contribute to the visual strategy and implementation of branding projects, including logo design, style guides, mood boards, and graphic systems.
• Engage in internal reviews and client presentations; explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
• Offer guidance and feedback to junior designers when necessary.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends and share inspiration, tools, and process enhancements with the team.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or client-focused environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and some knowledge of motion design tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Confident in presenting design decisions to internal stakeholders.
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment, enjoy giving and receiving feedback, and always strive to enhance the quality of work.
• Ability to manage projects independently and know when to involve leads or cross-functional team members.
