📋 Description

• Utilize Adobe InDesign to develop and maintain interpretation guides and product documentation.

• Adjust and refine documents according to input from regulatory, quality, and project teams.

• Ensure adherence to corporate templates and regulatory standards in all documents.

• Conduct thorough reviews of documents to verify accuracy, consistency in formatting, and completeness.

• Manage multiple document updates within strict time constraints.

• Assist in method sheet creation using Microsoft Word templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Technical Communication, or a related field.

• Possess over 3 years of experience in graphic design or technical documentation.

• Proficient in utilizing Adobe InDesign for document development.

• Familiarity with structured templates and formatting large documents.

• Previous exposure to diagnostics, medical devices, pharma, or life sciences preferred.

• Knowledge of regulatory documentation, version control, and cross-functional workflows.
