• Primary focus on creating visually appealing brands that convey a meaningful narrative for our clients, collaborating closely with the Creative Director to translate insights into impactful visual representations.
• Develop multiple brand directions to explore diverse concepts and visual styles, including logos, typography, colors, layouts, and graphics. Participate in client review sessions to present these directions and incorporate feedback.
• Refine the chosen brand direction into a cohesive brand system with applications across social media, print, and digital platforms.
• Produce and organize brand guidelines, logo files, and graphics for easy utilization by other designers upon approval of the final brand.
• This position is project-based with a commitment of 10-20 hours per week.
• Remote work environment with a requirement for approximately 3 hours of overlap with EST time zone.
• Communication primarily through asynchronous channels like Slack and Loom, with one weekly synchronous Zoom meeting per project.
• Submission requirements include a comprehensive portfolio and links to three standout brand projects, preferably in the biotech or deep tech sectors.
• Submission of a complete portfolio featuring three brand projects.
• Preference for experience in biotech or deep tech branding.
• Ability to work remotely with around 3 hours of EST overlap.
