•Implement the brand design system across various touchpoints for providers, hospital systems, and patients, such as digital ads, training materials, and packaging.
•Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Provider, Hospital System, and Patient marketing leaders to create impactful communications.
•Utilize user research, data analysis, and other discovery methods to effectively shape strategies based on insights.
•Demonstrated expertise in brand design, photography, typography, spacing, and color theory.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in brand or communications design.
•Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
•Strong understanding of developing and utilizing brand guidelines.
•Skilled in both print and digital design mediums.
•Experience in art direction and motion graphics is a plus.
•Proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment with user-centric product delivery.
•Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality results and managing multiple projects effectively.
•Data-driven decision-making skills to optimize product performance.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
