• Develop and present innovative creative concepts in collaboration with stakeholders
• Ensure Cribl's strong and on-brand presence at user conferences, events, and tradeshows alongside field and events teams
• Share creative ideas with senior leadership and provide design expertise to guide decisions
• Work on a variety of projects including t-shirts, swag, presentation decks, and digital ads
• Engage in solo design work while collaborating with teammates on larger, cross-functional projects
• May involve off-hours duties related to events and launches
• Remote-first environment with potential for duties outside standard working hours due to multiple time-zones
• Minimum of 5 years of visual design experience, preferably in B2B startups
• Strong design portfolio with a focus on a wide range of projects, bonus for motion design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach
• Organized and process-oriented mindset with a willingness to experiment and take risks
