📋 Description

• Utilize brand principles to create strategic visual frameworks and guide creative decision-making

• Maintain brand consistency and scalability across all customer touchpoints through the evolution of the brand system

• Craft engaging multi-media narratives tailored to specific audiences and communication objectives

• Enhance website and digital experiences to effectively convey the value proposition and unique brand character

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align design work with business goals

• Design various marketing materials while ensuring brand integrity and creative excellence

• Develop brand guidelines and templates to maintain consistent quality across outputs

• Support product design by ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment within digital products

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards

• Analyze brand performance to refine visual strategies and creative approaches

• Advocate for design excellence and creative innovation within the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in brand design

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of deliverables

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating visually appealing designs

• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills

• Comfortable collaborating with departments like sales, marketing, and product

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and Figma

• **Bonus if you have**

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field

• Experience in various organizational settings (startup, corporate, agency/consultancy)

• Experience working closely with product teams or on product design initiatives

• Knowledge of motion design or incorporating motion into storytelling
