• Marcus & Millichap is in search of a visionary and hands-on Creative Director to lead a diverse team of designers and marketers spread across North America.
• This role plays a crucial part in shaping and enhancing the brand identity of Marcus & Millichap and its affiliated companies.
• You will steer the development of impactful visual communications and marketing campaigns covering a wide range from individual property sales materials to overarching brand strategies.
• The ideal candidate is a blend of a creative producer and an inspiring mentor, comfortable both in designing and presenting strategic ideas to senior leaders.
• You will supervise a growing team of 10-15 marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and brand coherence.
• At Marcus & Millichap, you will have a significant role in communicating our value - both internally and externally - during a period of expansion and innovation.
• You will collaborate with a high-performing and cohesive marketing team dedicated to excellence, creativity, and influence.
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in design, branding, or creative direction, preferably in real estate, agency, or corporate marketing environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and mentoring creative teams in remote or multi-location setups.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma/Sketch, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating strategic campaigns and refined execution in both print and digital mediums.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the knack for influencing at all organizational levels.
• Experience in spearheading large-scale brand initiatives and crafting visual systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design or marketing workflows is advantageous.
• Knowledge of or eagerness to swiftly grasp commercial real estate industry jargon and dynamics.
