• As a Design Director, your role will involve spearheading strategic projects, providing guidance to a team of UX/UI designers, and fostering growth within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in visual design, graphic design, user experience, or a related field.

• Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in creative leadership spanning brand, interactive, and web domains.

• Demonstrate a track record of at least 2 years in managing a team of creative professionals.

• Show proficiency in collaborating with clients to conceptualize innovative design solutions.

• Ability to develop design systems, component libraries, and visual frameworks.

• Experience in working closely with internal strategy, account, and technical teams.

• Understanding of how visual designs translate into technical and functional specifications.

• Proficient in using creative tools such as Adobe CS and Figma/FigJam.

• Familiarity with productivity tools like Google Analytics and Atlassian Suite.
