Design Director

📋 Description

•We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Design Director to become a part of our internal creative team.

•This position involves a dynamic mix of strategic leadership and hands-on implementation, responsible for enhancing our brand through engaging, conversion-focused design across all platforms.

•You will establish the benchmark for creative excellence while nurturing a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

⛳️ Requirements

•Minimum of 8 years of design experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership capacity

•Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

•Outstanding portfolio showcasing design expertise across various channels

•Experience in brand strategy and identity development; strong understanding of market and consumer trends

•Thorough knowledge of print production processes and vendor coordination

•Advanced proficiency in Figma, leading collaborative design initiatives

•Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of pitching creative concepts to stakeholders

•Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation

•Knowledge of AI programs is a bonus

•Background in the interiors industry is advantageous

•Able and willing to travel as needed
